  The initial price set by CE generated increased interest in our property but it wasn’t until we made a further price adjustment that we found a buyer. CE staff were fantastic to deal with at all times and always respected our wants and needs whilst also providing sound and competent advice. At no time were we every pressured to amend pricing. Communication was nothing short of excellent and ongoing even when there was limited interest, or the market was quiet.

  A lengthy conversation with Mark one evening made us realise that the price set by the previous agent was unrealistic and this had led to us also having unrealistic expectations. His advice was simple – we have a good idea what the land is worth, we have a good idea what the building and other improvements are worth but what we don’t know is what people would be willing to pay for the stunning view.

  I despise the fact that I can not rate less than 1 star. This establishment has made the experience of purchasing our first home nothing but trouble! They have lied to us about the property's information and went behind our backs to find better offers once contracts had already been signed as well as still conducting show throughs after the cooling off period had ended. I strongly advise anyone looking to purchase or sell through country estates to look elsewhere.
